Awesome, moving, intense, sad, and eye opening. Those are a few words to describe the movie we just saw. And who would have thunk it? That Jacinda from the real world could actually act? She was very believable and actually quite convincing. You felt her emotion, pain. I think I need at least a day to fully process Ladder 49. It's funny, it's intense, heartwarming, sad, realistic, and a portrait of the committment and sacrifice that firefighters make for you and me. I've always been awed by what they do, but I'm even more thankful now.
